but these crows multiply so fast, every evening, the sound is deafening with all the crows flying about

you walk from jurong central to jurong east ave one can see the diff, bird sh literally litter the ground and pavements

The crows can fly at a pretty high speed. So there will be expected miss shots. When there’s no culling, people complain. When culling use so much bullets, people complain. What’s next ?
