I don't know. Those guys up north can be mean at times. But they
never really threatened us militarily. Save a few small
incursions... that hardly constitutes a threat.
We however, do unsheathe our swords and start polishing and
sharpening them when they get a bit out of hand.
To us, its to support our diplomacy.
To them, its aggression, and perhaps arrogance.
Perhaps its time for both countries to kiss and make up before any
arms race get out of hand and affect both of us economically. With
all this terrorism crap going on, hostile relations between
neighbouring countries is precisely what those cunning bastards
wants.
