I can understand how the first car owner felt...parked for 10
years...then felt like she owes the lot... suddenly 'taken away'
when new owners come in.
But if she thinks she duly reserve that lot, she shd bring up to
her management that she shd be entitled that lot. Why she did not
do so? Bcoz no such rule...its all in the mind.
I have come across such senario in my previous flat and current
flat carpark.
Previous one was a single lot parked by an Evo. Other than the Evo,
the rest of the car kenna scratches when they parked at that
lot.
My current one there is a lot next to a linkway which stands by
itself.
My fd parked saw a red honda parked there often. He parked there on
3 occasions kenna 4 scratches.
