wbucket SG I think sometime it also depends on the country of orgin of that license. Some of those that are not recognise by Singapore, might have to do the full thing.
mach10 SG depends on the country. Really. some countries one easy like Australia or US, just go for Basic theory. Some country, like ulu ones… Gov dun trust their license there. so can’t.
