theres this 50+ yr old man that lives just beside my flat for
many yrs. a few days ago, one of my neighbours who lives opposite
me (a gal whu happens to be ard my age too) who happened outside at
the coridoor smokin, she saw him gettin onto the chair and playin
with his pte parts right in frnt of her at the window opposite!
smiling summore. bloody sick bastard. sumore he's married with
grown-up kids.
actually this isnt the first time. 3 yrs ago another neighbour of
mine complained to my mom abt this fella who flashed his pte parts
to her when she was hanging her clothes to dry at the kitchen
window, since her kitchen was facing his bedroom (shucks man, of
all places 
) back then, my mom
didnt exactly believe her so she nvr told us.. tt neighbour of mine
moved out ever since.
then last yr, another female neighbour also kena the same thing.
dat guy gt away 3 cases in a row liao.. few days ago heard tt got
police knock on his door.. but they did nt arrest him cos they said
they got insufficient evidence against him.. wha biangz! looks like
that sicko got awy with his disgusting acts.
anyway my parents warned me abt him.. what shud i do if the next
time i pass his flat then he flash to me? shud i:
1) take a photo of him naked and report to the police? but then
again he lives so near, he can juz open his gate and snatch awy my
cellphone. or bang on my door.
2) yell and scream and juz run off. but thats what most flashers
want from girls right? to see their shocked expressions?
my brother says i shud just point at his pte part and burst out
into laughter. haha.
