borntolive SG i got this terrible addiction... especially when the weather is hot, my urge to drink soft drink is sort of uncontrollable...i can drink as much as 4-5 cans per day... been tring to reduce n switch to healthier alternative such as isotonic drink/milk/juice n even forcing myself to drink water but it seems to be not working how?
