Too many traffic accidents on the roads these days

There are too many traffic accidents resulting from tailgating on the roads in singapore these days.
Perhaps the traffic police should impose a law stating that from now on, the next driver to cause a traffic accident would be canned and sentenced to jail.
These would make the drivers more cautious with their driving and discourage from tailgating

pretty dumb to assume tailgating as the top contributor of high accident rates dun u think? perhaps u should stick to lecturing ppl on defensive driving instead since i believe that is ur forte.

no doubt there is a percentage of accidents that are caused by tailgating, but tt doesn't constitute to cane the offender. there is no "life-and-death" issue here...

i'm not sure if u r a driver or juz someone who like to pass comments. no doubt tailgating is irritating, road hogger are EVEN more irritating

how about making a front sensor? something similiar to the reverse sensor. juz that for the front sensor make the distance further so when a driver unconciously(due to tiredness or something) tail gate another driver the sensor will beep and remind the driver he’s going way too close.
