honestly, i dun think u even need to go anywhere.. call them and
ask them get their ass over. anyway they will have to come to mimum
wire up the exchange, if not to physically lay new wire to your
house.
yeah as FI said.. i think starhub is better.. i've used pacnet
singnet and on starhub now. pacnet SUX ASSSSSSS, singnet i'm still
ok with, and starhub well.. the cheapest plan is flying fast!! or
maybe my block pple dun use the cable much....
