blackchickenahkai SG ya..just saw it Malaysia scraps bridge project to replace causeway with Singapore KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian government has decided to scrap a controversial bridge project to replace a causeway between Malaysia with Singapore. The decision was announced by the Prime Minister's Department on Wednesday.
^tamago^ SG well, tat'll mean they have one less factor to consider if they ever want to settle bilateral issues, so they dun feel the need to accede to singapore requests in exchange for their requests when it comes to bilaterial issues. and they can spend the money on other projects in the country...
mhcampboy SG but i thought they have constructed their new immigration building?...and not to mention some grounds have been dug for the bridge. dun tell me they gonna abandoned it just like that?..smells fishy hereā¦

mhcampboy SG they dont need actually. they just connect the bridge to the causeway. thats wat makes it crooked. as long as they are doing it on their boundary...we cant say anything.
^tamago^ SG they can always build a sloping bridge down to the causeway, like us..... but then, if they cut our water, we might just invade them.
mhcampboy SG truth to be told....i think everyone agrees that we may have the state of the art capabilities....but i dun think we can manage to invade them. hahaa maybe up to larkin lar.... but by then....the entire force and navy from sabah sarawak....and the northern states would have surrounded us by then. i wonder who will come to our aid.....hmmmm
blackchickenahkai SG actually..not to say sg cant win.. sg can win.. but...the number's game will win..
^Delta^ SG People is no issue... Our SAF has 350,000 men at arms when fully mobilised allocated into 6 full divisions and a corps sized Peope's Defence Force Command. We have more combat aircraft than Malaysia and Indonesia combined... The number of tanks and combat vehicles, artillery and support equipment surpasses even those of certain European countries. Numbers? I'm more worried for those countries. It still puzzles me to this day as to how people have the misconception that the SAF is a "small defence force".
blackchickenahkai SG agreed.. but if msia were to be attacked.. then the commonwealth nation will help out,,thou it would be at loss to them of which nation to help
