u dunno that from 1988 onwards, u can only register to get ur driving license at 21? which is 3 yrs from now? What happened to have such rule in sg?

We still have reservist till 40 and 50 for officers. Some employers dun really like to see their employees going for reservist now and then. That's why in a way, it makes us less employable.

Plus, when one come back from reservist, he will find himself in a huge backlog of work. It's a no-go situation. Wink

Let's get the facts straight, having a baby is a choice between the two partners and is not a force act compared to NS.
And there are medical advancements such that make giving birth a less painful affair which still dosen't mean that giving birth is like taking a joyride in a car.

I want to say something on the 1988 pple. Why is it that at their batch den can go for class 3 license at the age of 21?
I feel that 1988 pple really piss many off, cause of the immaturity and many other factors are not taught well at all, n thus the govt doesnt allow them to go for class 3 license incase they anyhow bang other pple's car, or go car-racing whatsoever.
*Most immaturity* starts from 1988 batches onwards.

just wana comment on dis...as i myself is a 1988 guy...

2006 juz started 4mths+ ago...so even those born in JANUARY couldnt haf enuff time to take dier CLASS 3...without license n a car so how the govt think tt we will go bang others or race?

did u realise that the older batch might have been the cause for the change?...as in road accidents in the 80's age group of having a higher percentage?

i think we 1988 batch guys or gals dun even haf the means to drive around now..so how could we the 1988er's even haf accidents n cause the govt to make dis new ruling?
