if they wanna swap a potential 9 months of pregnancy, misery and
pain, the pain of childbirth, up to 1 month of recovery and up to a
year of unpaid maternity leave, plus a lifetime of mother hood, for
2 years, I say we take it. We take 2 years and dun have to give
birth, ever.
Its irony that the very people accusing girls of being
unappreciative of their NS time are being even more unappreciative
about women and their motherhood time. Talk about hypocrisy.
Here, put it in an analogy u can understand. Would u rather have a
NS system where u don't 100% have to serve but if u're choosen to
serve for life, or would u rather have a system where 100% need to
serve(unless u got medical reason) and serve 2 years?
If a woman gets pregnant twice in her life, thats already MORE than
2 years she's losing, and not counting motherhood.
