Nope. MSCC is totally unit and peers decision. 2 ppl from that 9
men ATTS section will be chosen to go for the course.
Tekong's expressing interest is strictly for SISEPC/OCS only and
will not affect whether you become a logistics spec be it a
maintainance, transport, supply, medic spec or not.
