maybe its a chinese thing. seems that amongst me and my chinese
friends, PRC, taiwanese, HK or otherwise, we all agree the chinese
do make a lot of distinction amongst themselves as to what chinese
they are. HK chinese are HK chinese, malaysian chinese are
malaysian chinese, PRC are PRC, taiwanese are taiwanese, and even
within PRC, loads of distinction like whether u're from Shanghai,
Beijing etc, and from each district, whether u're from the
villages, the towns or the cities.
