Most VCDs dun have subtitles coz different file format, so
cannot intergrate. For those VCD that has subtitles, they are all
part of the film and cannot be removed while watching or changed
into another language.
Just google for your film's subtitle. Chances are you will get a
download of a roughly 200KB file. You then need a player that can
ran the subtitle and your VCD movie at the same time. Google for
that player as well.
