nope....traffic police generally dont catch people for parking offences....

traffic police catch people for violating traffic rules...like parking on double yellow lines,obstructing traffic and so on...

parking offences mostly are parking without displaying valid parking coupons...parking in reserved lots...etc...
these kind of offences come under parking attendants outsourced by URA or HDB...mostly CISCO people...
