CryoGenic SG Cant help u on the FC3S.. As to workshop, can go to A's Automotive at Sin Ming, formerly known as Racing Works (in Ubi). They got many souped up FDs there and the owner used to drive a fierce FC. The mech i heard was formerly from GTR long time back (so in a way, it does seem that only GTR can do rotaries??) I'm sure other popular garages can manage a rotary too.. but better to check around. Good luck!
