Deleted/Closed Topics - Explanations

Viper52 SG

I'm starting this topic for the moderators to explain their decisions to close or delete threads. For a start I'll close the 2 threads of Saddams and Osamas impending marriage (Much as I would like to attend, my work commitments and a desire to keep my life insurance premiums affordable do not permit this Laughing ).

The threads will be deleted at 0100 Singapore time 30/03/03. For the simple reason that they too are off-topic for this forum

The next topic in line for the chop is the "Navy Risks New Strategy for Prowlers" thread. Not that its irrelevant, but to prevent having a new thread for each piece of war news I think it is better if all news articles on the war be concentrated on 2 or 3 threads dedicated to this purpose.

As the article has already been posted into one of the dedicated war news threads, the thread is deleted immediately.

Moderators should you have any problems please contact me.
