Yo guys!!

I know i'm getting a little off the track here but a little suggestion from u guys will be great.

I'm planning to save up for a car, so for starters, I'm thinking of a Getz or Accent or Rio or a March or a Wira. Ideas??

Kia Rio = the cheapest

Hyundai Accent = cheapest next to Rio, heavier chassis, almost the same weight:power ratio as Rio

Hyundai Getz = Looks like it have a lighter chassis, cost more.

March = suppose to be the "porsche" of all super-minis, but dun like the "Kermit the Frog" look on the lastest model, especially when u paint it green. Almost as expensive as a Sedan. Doesn't like the automatic gear shifts, got manual gear shift options?? (the 1 with the clutch, no sequential shifts)

Proton Wira = modification potential, I have no details further on tat.

If possible you guys could give me the details on their weight?? Especially Accent and Getz, I can't find their weight in their offical website. Oh... and tat Proton Wira, perhaps you guys could fill me in with the specs. Will test drive them if I got both the time and chance.

Been?? Well... been in an accident.

Too ashame to show my face here, too ashame to face my vehicle, so went into hiding for a while.

No worries, nobody is hurt... really amazing not even a scratch when buang at tat kind of sucidal speed. I think someone up there must have like me a lot. *looking up and points to the sky* Thank you!! Peace to you too!!

Well... the buang part was fun... but the aftermath sucks. The whole face(vehicle) just went in... boom!! Total extreme makeover, dude. Had to deal with the garage, the lawsuits, the lawyers, the insurance, the so-called "victims", damn... troublesome.

And found out my vehicle doesn't have an airbag, well, that can consider as a bonus.

Driving in the rain gives me the creeps now... aqua-planing... damn...

I guess there goes the "over-zealous dayz" eh? ha ha!! Laughing

So guys, dun drive faster than ur angels can fly, I'm only lucky tat my angel can keep up with me. But not everyday sunday. God bless bruddas!!

I wouldnt call the getz a lightweight, its 1100kg whilst the SIS is only 980kg...the chassis of the getz was meant to sustain heavy impacts pertaining to high speed collisions. (read onemotoring's article on the Getz safety rating it got 4 stars) the getz has a built in firewall thats located juz behind the dashboard shielding occupants from the engine and acting as a strut bar as well - extremely sweet! oh i disagree on the march being the porsche of super-minis btw...in the jap circle that position is held by the SIS n YRVT now...and before them. the Swift Gti and the Charade Gtti ....brings back memories... Cool
