a few months ago, i kena a summoned by a CISCO traffic
enforcement officer (TP outsourced to them leow) and that bloody
guy (a dark skin officer) was punching his fingers at his handheld
summon machine / gadget even when i was standing near to my
car....
i approached him and waved at him believing that he was just
wanting to scare me off....as he did not issue me with any notice,
i informed him i was standing near to my car and said thanks to him
and drove off.....
weeks later, i received another notice from TP....i wrote in and
told them the truth...and even asked for an interview with TP and
that CISCO....but TP did not call me up and instead waived my
summon......
remember these days, CISCO enforcement officers are worse than TP
enforcement officers....they summon u without issuing notice coz
they scare kena beaten.....very unscrupulous...
