Does the UN require to review its policies?

sometimes i really feel that the UN is no longer an effective governing force.

it has no power against terrorists.
it has no power to stop conflict
it is like a bargin table for diplomats fighting for their own interests.
it is weak
it need to change

i have to agree with u but reality check,wat we say here have no effects watsoever on the UN policies,that is of cos if u have the power to alter it.

Maybe they can create a clone army with the DNA of all countries?
this will create an independant organisation

Give the UN or the UN Security Council enough FUNCTIONAL Executive Power and Authority over ALL NATIONS, and with an effective ENFORCEMENT Agency, then the first candidate to redeem the good name of the UN will be our SM.
