for newbies who just enter the concrete jungle. for the 1st 2 or
3 years, work to gain experience. if after 3 years, the company has
no plans to promote u or increase your pay, start looking for
another job with a higher salary. with 2, 3 years of experience, it
shouldn't be hard to find a job with a better paycheck.
don't bother to stay on if the management has no plans to promote
u, chances are 5, 6 years down the road, u will probably be getting
the same pay. and by that time, u will be hitting 30 soon, looking
for jobs will be harder.
