much intelligence or commonsense you have.
A plane without pilot, cannot fly.
A plane, without pilot & without technical service support,
cannot fly.
A plane, without pilot, without technical service support &
without training (for pilot and technician), cannot fly.
A plane, without pilot, without technical service support, without
training (for pilot and technician) & without spare parts,
cannot fly.
It isn't about having the planes.. it more like having the
capablities.
