Wat's wrong with AYE

was driving along PIE towards the west.... stretch was after CTE(AMK exit).... tis nissan sunny was in front of me in the 1st lane.... no car infront of him... travelling at 80km/hr on a 90km/hr stretch.... gave him some time to accelerate so dat i dun haf to change lane to the left to overtake him..... but after another few hundred meters, he's still at the same speed.... finally he changed to the left lane and let me pass..... guess wat he was doing when i passed him? sms-ing on his mobile.... %$$%$%%!!!!!

Guess we can write a thesis abt this... but wat's the solution, if any!? I'm afraid no amt of ERP nor accidents can eradicate this.

We may've achieved economic success as a nation, but individually, we are still so lacking in social maturity - whether on the road or not. Even on the 1st day of CNY I see cars speeding n driving recklessly on the roads...

Now as the no. of new cars and new drivers are hitting the roads by the minutes, I'm bracing myself for safer rides each day Neutral
