try starting in safe mode and scan with yur antivirus program
and spyware remover tools… check in add/remove there see if got any
programs u dont remember installing, if have, delete it.. after
making sure everything is done, restart com boot into normal
windows, scan again, make sure clean already den turn off yur
system restore and turn it on again.. see if this helps..
