If you don’t want to watch love drama, perhaps u can try
Gokusen. It is very funny also. Somewhat like GTO but I think nicer, about teacher and teaching. I
actually like those japanese drama that are not about love but
about working life in general, usually quite inspiring. Some good
series I have enjoyed are of those type, but offhand I can’t
remember the names for those series because it was shown on channel
8 and channel u a long time before and they don’t really say the
japanese name of the shows.
