If i remember correctly the test last from about about 1.5 hr
(Varies from individual).
The first part of the test requires you to read 20 short
paragraph and answer the questions, this component , It's common
that most of the applicant won't be able to finish it. I only
managed to cover like 50 % of it.
Second part is more to the personality test ,
e.g.You enjoy day dreaming ( 1 strongly disagree , 2
Disagree, 3 Neutral , 4 Agree , 5 Strongly Agree)
After you return from Lunch break, there will be an Essay
Writing about 45 min - 1 hr , need to write at least 1.5 page. The
questions are quite generic (E.g. what are your aspiration and
goals in life ? It is to test your writing skills, very
little percentage placed on the content, at least for my case .
Then there are alot of forms to fill up
Then lastly, body screening to see if you have any abnormalities
or tattoos.
