Does anyone know how performance bonus is calculated? I always thought it will be a thousand plus, but it seems to be only a few hundred. Maybe my concept is wrong Rolling Eyes

Is it based on the yr 2005 only? Or will it include the months i worked this yr too?

Performance bonus definition varies from companies to companies. Some companies measure it in terms of the weeks like you half good so give you 2 weeks of pay or if you good give you one month of pay. It is very subjective Mr. Green

My fren said his was calculated based on until last dec cos he worked less than 1 year. So i thought maybe they only see our job performance for 2005 not 2006. correct?

I dunno about your company but I would assume this year performance bonus should be for 2005 and if you have not served a full year it should be pro-rated? Mr. Green
