Fifthbusa, Up to now no news for me too, already sent out applications for private sector.haizz. i guess its a one month wait after SA, 6-7 week and asked me for 2nd interview.

Personally the whole application process took me almost 8 months! After my Medical screening on Aug 29th i waited like another 4months plus before my confirmation. I wanna share my application Timeline with all of you here who are still waiting for good News. Do not give up there's still hope cause no news is good news.

16th June- Submitted my online application

19th June- Received both SMS and Email for SA Invitation

26th June - Selection Assesment with includes 1st Interview with 2 people

24th July- Received SMS to Attend 2nd Interview

31st July- Attended 2nd Panel Interview with 3 people

25th Aug- Received both Call & Email from Shenton Medical to fix Appointment

29th Aug- Went for Medical Screening at Shenton Medical.

26th Nov- Received email from recruitment to furnish them with outstanding documents

8th Dec- Received Call that my application is at final Stage of processing

21st Jan - SPF emailed me my Letter Of Offer

27th Jan - Bond Signing Session

2nd Feb - Appointment formalities session

3rd Feb - Report to HTA for Training

After about one week of waiting after medical check up, today I’ve received an email from spf requesting for my full length photo. Does this mean that I’ve cleared my medical check up?. I’m a bit curious why spf wants full length photo.

FithBusa-hey man i dont think it would actually matter, my 1st interview -3 panel, 2nd - 2panel, one is HR, 1 supt.

Dreiframe- hey I also received a mail asking for the photo, ur fast 1 week after med. i think, i saw some posted earlier that its due to whether u will look presentable to the members of public eye, so to say, fat?skinny? height? etc. im quite short.

Im going for the junior police officer selection accessment this week.

However i do not have my secondary school testimonial. Since i graduated in 2009 i did not collected it, so how ??? The school also say that they cant do me one after so long time. How will i be able to get one or can i tell the selection that i dont have one.

Hello . Basically you can call MOE and reprint it . Though it cost Afew dollars but it's worth ! You may wish to tell the officers first , then if you are shortlisted they will ask for your documents again before proceeding to next stage

my first SA was 3 officers , 2nd interview 3 officers , 3rd interview 1 officer. Good luck !

Hello ! Is either bmi high or low so they want to see if you still look "good" in uniform .this is my perspective . Hope it helps !

well they did not call me saying that is at final stage but I called to Try luck yesterday . He said my file is processing already no longer with him now for 2 weeks liao. So I asked whether is it final stage he say yes. So Ya hahaha

Hi all guys i just finished the selection assessment yesterday. It took about 8.45am to 11.15am for finishing the physicometric test and minor filing. After lunch meet at 12.

Physical,checking of docu,english test ( a essay )then interview. Interview you have to wait long time sia.... shhhhh... i ended up out of htcc at 5.15pm.

Now im so curious how long it will take. The physical test , officer was strict on me n my overweight fren.(my bmi is 32) Interview i was nervous but i showed by passion for investigation officer in future. My english was normal. 3 person panel interview. All men. So scary.

Im feeling even more nervous now.

Should hve one . Even a little testimonial . This testi not only for top students but every graduating student should have one ..

Dreiframe- ehh for the leaving sch testi, its a booklet with ur CCA achieves blah blah and ur form teacher's written testimonial. as dant had said; i think every1 will comfirm will have de, either u nvr collect from sch when u collect ur GCE O/N results. but this is to my knowledge dated 8 yrs ago lol, i dunno they got change the system anot.

Hi guys i went for SA on 23 jan. Im waiting for them to reply me. What should i expect ? Normally how long it will take ? I collected my sec school testimonial n o level cert from moe. You have to pay $10 for reprinting. So when should i pass my certs to the recruitment?
