My dialogue to psych
consultation was really fast. I think it was 3 days after the
dialogue, I got a call for the psych consultation for the next
week.
After the psych consultation, it took about 2 weeks for the call
to schedule me for the panel interview.
I recall my dialogue interview was rather unpredictable. No
matter what I answered, the SUPT keep frowning at me. I was rather
worried but I did not regret my answers. The questions asked were
why do you want to join SPF, tell me about yourself, what is one
challenge you foresee in the SPF.
I actually answered 'I was inspired by the TV shows and movies'
when she asked me why do I want to join SPF. But of course, I gave
a more elaborate answer, a more convincing answer rather than it
being a shallow cause for me to join the police.
I think the best is, be yourself and prepare for any of the
interviews. Be confident of your answers :)
