valerieee SG

haiz.i called up moe ytd, they say can use combined cert and this is the last yr,so we cannot afford to screw up again.if i am not wrong, next yr we can only apply via dae.jae is out for us.do u know?

I was a private candidate before due to my lousy 'o' results Laughing

All C6

Try to enrol to some private schools for some lessons

The some advantages of a private candidate:

No ECAs

More focus on the subjects selected That time I choose 5 subjects only

The disadvantages...

After lessons I go play arcade and games Twisted Evil plus a lot of other stuffs Mr. Green

To conclude You must have strong determination to study as a lot of other factors will influence you during this duration to the exams Cool

Still remembers the times that I completed the 10 years series Sad

i tried looking around.at first i was considering SIM,MDIS and such private schools for private dip but realised that the school fees are rather hefty and my family financial background is not very well-off.so i will just study for another yr.my frenz will be all in poly and i guess i wil be staying at home the entire yr so i guess the temptation will be less…

lalala1999 SG

what do you mean we cant apply thru JAE ?
i thought we still have a yr chance what ..

^tamago^ SG

i noe last time, u're only allowed to apply JAE once, for either JC or poly, in ur lifetime.

if u haven't applied for poly through JAE before (the first time u apply JC/MI only for ur 12 choices), u're allowed to apply another JAE next time for poly only.

it is said that this is to give such automatic posting chances to those who have not gone through it before.

BUT this clause seems to have disappeared from this year. i suppose we need to do more research on this now....... Rolling Eyes

valerieee SG

btw i was tinking of forming a study group so that all those taking o levels again this yr can study together and motivate each other.it is also a chance to make new frenz.so may i know how many are interested?
