Yes,my school enforce that,because our skirt is white colour,dark panties can be easily seen,usually we wear an extra petticoat.

When i was sec 4, i was in the staff room, got this girl quickly rush into the staff room toilet and awhile later she come out when a teacher was about to step in.

The teacher ask why a student use staff room toilet.

student reply, "need to change my pad, it was urgent"

the teacher, "i don't believe you, you lower your panties and i want to see the pad"

the student was shocked and just walked away.

i think the teacher came to her senses and did not pursue. but the staff room was looking at the direction of the commotion. haha.
