i first noticed coloured bras worn inside uniform from 1995
onwards.
then 1996 that time, word was going around that female teachers
have been telling girls to wear more appropriate colours. It is not
a school decision but the teacher's personal "advice" to the
girls.
first not to allow.... first heard such stories late 90s. like
1999-2000 period.
