Probably 11km/l considered bad when its other rivals like altis,
civic can achieve 13-14km/l.
Also dependent on your driving style. i guess 11km/l can be achieve
if you don't floor the accelerator often, otherwise, probably you
would end up 6-7km/l. That is the heavy drinker part...
