sohguanh SG I think for a ger, the greatest pain of all is when they are about to give birth. The pain muz be excruciating indeed. Imagine you trying to force out a baby out from the body part that used to only pass out urine and menses!!!!

UltimaOnline SG U know what's worse? Imagine this context you've described, repeating itself lifetime after lifetime. And u know what's the most screwed part of it all? It is the very suffering itself, that creates the karmic setup for the same suffering to repeat in future lifetimes. Which means the only way to prevent future suffering, is to break free from the suffering by turning it around, right now (eg. if you're now in a context that gives u emotional suffering, don't run away from it, face it and do what you need to do).
