if the guy had provoke the gal to tat extent, i think the boy muz
oso be partially responsible for wat happened to him. seriously,
the girl should be send for counselling....
but then wat could the teachers haf done? search all their students
entering the sch? make them walk thru detectors?
or they should discipline the boy b4 the incident happened? but in
this case, wat can they do to discipline him? they cannot scold him
or use any forms of corporal punishment...
