My laptop got a power saving button that when pressed, the
processor runs at 600 mhz and the fans don’t run anymore, it’s not
hot and the laptop is very quiet. If I let my laptop runs at its
2ghz then the fans so noisy, wah piang, and the laptop gets very
hot. Maybe in the office they also have this feature, to power down
the processor speed, hence not so hot? Coz most of the time I tend
to power down my processor speed and still the computer runs very
fast, unless i have to use alot of applications at one go, then i
full power it.
