hw are their rates like? do u have to be a member or anything
before u can rent out their kayaks? for pasir ris, where to get the
kayaks? dun remember seeing any PAs there.. or correct me if i
wrong..

You don't have to be a member to rent a kayak there , however ,
there are different rates for guest and member , 12 and 24 if i can
remember correctly for a whole day.
However , for the PA , 1 important thing to remember is that they
need certification , ie , 1 Star kayaking at least before they will
rent out to you , so remember to bring yr cert along.
As for the location of the PA, its at the roundabout at the carpark
near the end of the bungalow houses there
