dcx SG The court wan him/her to be the witness...but then he/she is a victim...so, does he/she has the choice not to attend or go to the court as witness becoz he/she doesn't wan to be involved with the Press?

skeujin SG if u dun go u will be issued a summons for failure to attend court and a warrant of arrest will have your name on it.
