There's no straightforward definition. I'd say acts of bullying
refer to intentional acts of torment which cause physical and/or
psychological distress to the receipient.
Now, please define your 'small pranks' for me.
And I seriously hope you consider whether those 'small pranks' of
yours really did cause any physical/psychological harm to the
people on the receiving end.
