From my understanding, BRAHMA and BRAHMAN is different in
Hinduism.
Brahma is still an individual deity, known to the Hindus as
Creator, but Brahman in Hinduism is seen as the 'absolute', 'true
self', 'innermost reality/pure consciousness'.
BRAHMAN is the ultimate source in Hinduism, in fact, in Hindu
terms, we are all manifest of the Absolute, Brahman. The Trinity in
Hinduism, including the Creator BRAHMA is manifestation of the
Brahman. In Hinduism, it is thus possible to realise all of us as
God.

buddhism, just sharing my knowledge)
