kendoboi SG I have a movie file..it has no subtitle. but inside the folder, there a file which is the subtitle. It is in .srt format. But when i open the movie in any player, the subtitle dun seem to show up..advise me anyone?
matrixeg SG you need k-lite codec. it’s the universal codec which comes with a heavily modded mediaplayer classic which can play any type of video or audio file.
ditzy SG 7/10 times if the the subtitles come in a separate file, you have to point your player to the file and load it manually.
ditzy SG Windows media player classic has a subtitles tab under options, windows media player 9 and above I dunno, coz I don't use.
monkeybusiness SG i use VLC media player to view movie files tat comes with a seperate subtitle file Quite easy to use.. 1) open VLC program 2) File > Open File 3) Subtitle Options
