charlize SG We can always use money to attract foreign talents to replace those leaving Singapore. Isn't that what everybody wants? Money?
sohguanh SG Money? Agree totally. Know why our country reserves run into billions of dollars? Becuz they strongly believe with money they can achieve a lot of so called impossible things. Ever observe whenever a major crisis hit spore any comments on withdrawing from reserves will be shot down? It is always work with watever available cash they have on hand. They are training me to be like them as time goes by. Is that good or bad?
charlize SG You refering to RGS students or people formerly from RGS? It should sound alarm bells if even secondary kids are already thinking so far ahead.

gerrykoh SG Ya, the talented ones are in US, Europe, Japan, China etc. cos they can earn much more than in S'pore. If my kids are smart enough, I'll also encourage them to go, the most I'll follow them later.

StMichael SG I’m in China, where life is currently somewhat better. A bigger place, a maid, transport to and from work, and a good career path in front of me. All because I’m bilingual and have plenty of teaching and administrative experience (besides having an entreprenuerial streak in me).
