What the hell! Since when did it become a practice not to serve
plain water in restaurants? I think its a profiteering move for a
restaurant not to serve water and instead, insist that patrons buy
Ice mountain at $1.50-2.50.
I know of a certain restaurant in marina square that is guilty of
this practice....and the food isnt even good.
