If a photograph you had no knowledge of appears on the Internet
- depends on what kind right? If the peeping tom kind like upskirt
and downblouse, I believe it is a criminal offense. If not, then it
has to be some photo taken of you in public, which is not really a
problem if you conduct yourself in public.
Digitally modified into obscene photograph - I believe you can sue
the author for "emotional distress". 
IMHO, as a law student, she doesnt seem to have a clear perspective
on the problem.
