Well, its good that they want to perform to keep us entertain
and its not an easy job. 
Maybe
they are still young, thinking that becoming a celebrity= a lot of
money, exposure, well love by fans all over the world etc. But
thats only 1 side of the truth, the other part of the truth is that
they have to work VERY hard as its very competitive, not everyone
will love them (like their paretnts), there'll be negative remarks,
rumors etc. A lot of celebrity we see, did not pop out suddenly.
They've went thru years of training.
It may be their time to have their 'superstar dream', once the hype
is over and they found where does their passion lies, they'll be
ok.
