service industry lets you see all sorts of people ...
e.g.
the complainers,
the pretentious yaya pricks,
the cheap skates who insists on tabaoing left over salads and rib
bones (for the dog ... 
),
people who run away without paying,
people who think by complaining and raising a stink they can get
away with a discount or a free meal,
people who act like Kings ("are you stupid ? I said medium rare,
this is not medium rare ! " ) .......
and the list goes on .....
