But that useless company only has an email address that doesn't work, a tel nbr that nobody answers and an official email address (which works) that doesn't reply to my enquiry. I would love to go down to their office. But dunno which branch has the info. Sekali I go, and they say they dun have the info and refer to me all over the place -- this branch and then that branch. Pls help.
