photo_seeker SG Clothings would rot away so fast. Usually when a dead body is found, the flesh rots faster than the clothings. Even in extreme case of rotting, the clothings will still be intact. The news reported sightings of the clothings few days back.

NT2 SG one thing i learn. we dont need to become a dog to punish a dog. (disclaimer: example of dog has nothing to do with Islam) That is to mean, we dun need to resort to perverted measures to punish another pervert because if so doing we become like the offender ourselves. I truly understands the anger towards the suspect and injustice felt towards the toddler but those comments like castrations and so on are improper and if the Courts of Singapore really carry out such punishments then we will start to rethink what is true justice.
a_splash SG x2 anyway, anything done on him can't bring the poor little girl back to life....only if it could...haiz..... its really a super sad thing ..... but hope this set as an example to parents with children...take necessary precaution eg where they place their children for care, and the ppl they are in contact often...especially for those who hv yet able to express themselves.... i think times back there were a few cases of molest. eg close friends who helped to care their children when they need to go out, or tuitors or close friends/ relatives who visit them often etc etc....

sohguanh SG evil doers r punished and innocent parties set free. But who to decide who is evil doers and who is innocent parties? The judge and jury and the court rite? So it goes back to the same thing. Laws are set by people and often it is done based on the majority perception of what is right or wrong. I don't think this is true justice. This to me is "justice" as in it fits the majority thinking of what they felt is true. If you ask me then what is true justice then I would say I am still looking for that answer too
