Did these ruined ppl work hard in the first place? You said 'O'
levels ruined many ppl then have you thought about how many ppl who
took the big 'O' will have their rice bowls ruined if so many
unqualified ppl emerges as equals?
I am not against the idea but if the MOE wants to introduce a new
educational product, make sure it's for the interests of the
citizens instead of lining up their own pockets.
