The woman, by her own choosing to participate in these negative
or destructive thosenes (of cruelty to cats), is heavily intruded
upon at a consciential level, and is thus unable to perceive or
understand the cosmoethics (or lack thereof) of the situation
clearly.
Notwithstanding, as in all cases of intrusion, the karma of her
involvement is still hers (just as the intruding karma of the
intruders are their own), as at all times, she is still responsible
for her free will; while the process of intrusion indirectly
supports the carrying out of the difficult karma (and by karmic
inertia, exacerbates the difficulty and makes it denser to break
through the illusion), the end result must come from her free will.
In doing so, the balancing of the karma (which will see her meeting
the consequences of her actions back to her) enables an evolution
for the aspects she is dealing with, involving these issues.
